South Bristol Gardening Club holds members name and email/postal address in order to send them information about club activities.
Members are asked to give consent for us to use their details so that we can,
- Send members details of their meetings, events or trips.
- Send members information about membership renewals.
Members details will be stored securely online in our Google Drive folder, and will be removed within one month if they end their membership of South Bristol Gardening Club.
Members can withdraw their consent for us to use their information, or ask us to amend or delete their details, by emailing southbristolgardeningclub@gmail.com
