RHS Badminton Flow Show Volunteering Opportunities

Badminton Estate are seeking volunteers to support Badminton House Garden Tours during the RHS Badminton Flower Show, taking place between 8th–12th July.

What volunteers will get:

• Free entry to the RHS Badminton Flower Show on volunteer days
• A behind-the-scenes experience – the gardens are only open to the public three times a year
• The opportunity to meet our team and learn more about Badminton Estate
• A chance to connect with like-minded garden enthusiast

Volunteer responsibilities include:

• Welcoming visitors and checking tickets
• Guiding guests through the gardens and keeping tours running smoothly
• Assisting visitors with directions, toilets, and breakfast areas
• Answering general questions about the history of the house, gardens, and estate

Volunteer shifts:

• Daily during the show: 8:30am–12:30pm (4 hours)
• Volunteers are asked to work the full 4-hour shift in order to gain access to the event.
• Volunteers may choose to help for one day or multiple days; however, ideally they would like volunteers who are available for every day of the event.

What they are looking for:

• Enthusiasm for gardening or a willingness to learn about plants
• A friendly, helpful attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Reliability and commitment
