Club Summer Trip!

Our annual summer outing is coming up and this year we have decided to go to Hidcote and Kiftsgate Gardens. The two gardens lie opposite each other and we will be spending a couple of hours in Hidcote and having lunch before moving over to Kiftsgate.

Due to the success of the plant sale the cost of the coach travel will be subsidised by the club for club members. National trust members can gain free entry to Hidcote garden if you bring your membership card with you.

The cost of the trip is as follows (sorry it’s a bit complicated!):
Club Member with National Trust Membership Card : £7.00
Club Member with no National Trust Membership Card : £16.45
Non-Club Member with National Trust Membership Card : £17.00
Non-Club Member with no National Trust Membership Card : £26.45

The itinery for the day will be as follows:
9.30am Depart St Pauls Church on Coronation Road
11.00am Arrival at Hidcote Gardens
2.00pm Meet at coach to transfer to Kiftsgate
3.30pm Return to coach for return trip to Bristol
5.00pm Arrival at St Pauls.

Please note that times etc may change with unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or delays.

Please ensure your name and any guest names are put down on the list prior to the day to make sure we have the appropriate size coach to accommodate all who wish to come. Payment can be done on club night, or by post to Elaine. Please ensure that any cheques are made payable to Southville Gardening Club as the account is not yet fully updated with our new details. If you are bringing payment on the day can you please ensure that you bring the correct money and that it is in an envelope with your name on to make Elaines’ job a little easier.
